Wilson & Morgan Caol Ila 18yo is a 2025 release from the Italian independent bottler, bottled from a single cask distilled in 2007 at the Caol Ila distillery. It is matured in ex-bourbon casks, including a final five years in a first-fill bourbon hogshead. Bottled in 2025 at cask strength, only 261 bottles were released.
Composed and unhurried, with peat that builds gradually alongside iodine and coastal brine. Vanilla pod and warm cereals enrich the background, adding sweetness and depth.
