The Sagamore Sherry Finish has been a Distillery Exclusive bottling since 2019. During the past month, a new limited release of this whiskey was released, making it available in the US.
Compared to the distillery edition, it shares the same 4-year-old straight rye whiskey, but this new edition will have the spirit spend an additional 18 months in 132-gallon PX Sherry barrels. the brand says this different version delivers “a taste profile featuring velvety notes of toasted almond, dried fig, and soft spice.”
It is bottled at 53% ABV (106 proof). SRP is $79.
