Widow Jane Baby Jane Bourbon is crafted using a special heirloom corn called Baby Jane, which is grown near the Widow Jane Mines in Upstate New York.
This unique corn variety is a hybrid of Bloody Butcher Red and Wapsie Valley Yellow corn.
The bourbon is cooked, fermented, and distilled in both Brooklyn and Kentucky, and then aged for 4-6 years.
It is bottled at 91 proof (45.5% ABV) without chill-filtration, and is already available at a suggested retail price of $50.
