The nose opens with wild cane juice, crushed herbs, lime leaf, and a touch of saline minerality. On the palate, it’s vivid and textural, delivering fresh cut grass, white florals, and peppered citrus with licorice and anisette. The finish is long, clean, and slightly briny. Bright, vegetal, and beautifully expressive, this is a benchmark white agricole of exceptional clarity and terroir focus.

These products were then tried once again in a new blind tasting, which means not knowing what they are during the tasting. The only indication on the sample concerns the ABV content: a red mark states that the product has an ABV higher than 50% (100° proof). The test results are then compared, and the TOP 10 is made.
