This is the first major release since Middle West acquired Old Elk Distillery in May 2025, highlighting their commitment to innovation.
10-Year-Old Straight Bourbon: Characterized by a high malted barley content, this bourbon offers smoothness and complexity. Mashbill: 51% Corn, 34% Malted Barley, 15% Rye; ABV: 52.5%.
10-Year-Old Straight Wheat Whiskey: Made from 96% soft red winter wheat, this whiskey showcases richness and subtlety developed over ten years. Mashbill: 96% Wheat, 4% Malted Barley; ABV: 51.5%.
10-Year-Old Wheated Bourbon: This bourbon features a 45% wheat mashbill, resulting in a smooth profile that enhances natural sweetness. Mashbill: 51% Corn, 46% Wheat, 3% Malted Barley; ABV: 52.5%.
Each whiskey is priced at $69.99 and is available nationwide and at the Middle West Spirits Distillery.
