Blackwell Rum celebrates the November 2020 release of the new James Bond film “No Time To Die” by announcing the partnership with the 007 movie franchise. They will be launching a limited edition of its Blackwell Fine Jamaican Rum, Blackwell Fine Jamaican Rum 007.
Chris Blackwell, owner of Blackwell Rum, member of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and owner of “Goldeneye” (the former residence of Ian Fleming, creator of the character of 007), declares: “James Bond has been a big part of my life, from my childhood lunches with Ian Fleming at GoldenEye to being a location scout on the first movie, Dr. No (1962). It was a pleasure working alongside the No Time To Die production team in Jamaica, providing our iconic rum for the set in James Bond’s house, which has made this very special relationship come full circle.”
Blackwell adds that Blackwell Fine Jamaican Rum 007 is inspired by the ancient family recipe. The result is an aged rum with a dark gold color that returns the warmth and sensuality of Jamaica.
It is an elegant product with an attractive design. This limited edition will be made even more unique by the ability to access an augmented reality experience by scanning a QR code on the back of the bottle.
The rum inspired by James Bond will retail for € 35.00.
