Nose

Winey with red fruit hints, enriched by a sweet component of mineral peat.

Palate

Then peat, grilled pineapple, noble wood, and a touch of olives on the palate.

Finish

The finish is smoky, sapid and buttery.

The Big Peat 33 years old is equipped with a complex structure. The flavor profile turns around delicate and refined aromas, due to an original combination of cognac and sherry cask finishing.
