Rock Town Column Still Collection

Rock Town Column Still Collection is a series released this month, resulting from the collaboration between the brand and Bardstown Bourbon Co.

Each of these products differs in a different finishing, but the base distillate originates from corn and wheat grown in Arkansas. This bourbon was distilled in 2020, according to the Rock Town recipe, at Bardstown Bourbon in Bardstown (Kentucky). After distillation, the product is cut to 110 proof (55% ABV) and transferred to new charred oak barrels from Kelvin Cooperage and Gibbs Brothers Cooperage. The barrels are then transferred to the Rock Town warehouse in Little Rock, Arkansas, and left there for at least 34 months.

Each version differs in finish or ABV: the Small Batch is bottled at 46%, the French Oak at 50%, while the Single Barrel varies according to the cask but averages around 57.5%.

The suggested retail prices are also different but differ only slightly: the Small Batch Straight will retail for $39.99, the Single Barrel Cask Strength at $59.99, and the Toasted French Oak Barrel Finish at $69.99.
